Coker Hills is a beautiful, unique and well-established Chapel Hill neighborhood. With an ideal location walking distance from Estes Hills Elementary school, Guy Phillips Middle school, Whole Foods, shops/restaurants and the Library, Coker Hills offers the quintessential Chapel Hill lifestyle.

Coker Hills mainly consists of custom homes that were built between the early 1960's and mid-1980's, although there is some new construction. Homes in this community generally sit on large lots between 0.6 and 1.0 acres.
